Kathryn Hardcastle
BSc [Env Science]
Kathryn is the project facilitator across Syrinx and the group science manager. She is an aquatic scientist and the key stakeholder and indigenous consultant for the company at national level.
Through her time at Syrinx and previously for nine years with government, Kathryn has accumulated many years experience in project development, consultation across all levels, and training and capacity building.
Kathryn boasts an impressive track record of developing strong rapport with people across a diverse community spectrum, particularly on challenging and controversial projects with strong stakeholder interest.
Kathryn is also a highly regarded facilitator with well-developed skills in liaising with and between all levels of government and negotiating appropriate outcomes.
